Salary: £12.00 per hour

Working hours: various hours available.

Fixed Term contracts

25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata for part-time); a contributory pension scheme; season ticket loan; an employee assistance programme

Applicants should have

A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Proven experience in a busy environment.

A good general level of literacy and numeracy.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to receive and provide information effectively to customers and colleagues

Good teamwork skills with the ability to receive direction and work unsupervised.

The ability to work in a busy, high-performance setting meeting and exceeding sales targets for merchandise and tickets.

Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters relevant to the role.

Experience of working with and supporting vulnerable people in a work environment
