Phil Doragh, Project Coordinator, Recycles Merseyside

Phil is the Project Coordinator for Recycles Merseyside (one of the training options within the Steps to Work scheme) which he's been running since the project started, in January 2016. In previous eras he's been a graphic designer, youth worker, sound engineer and butty maker. When he's not fixing bikes, teaching other people how to fix bikes or selling bikes, he likes to mix things up by actually getting out and riding bikes.
