A Hard Day's Night 60th Anniversary Screening Benefits Strawberry Field
In 1964, The Beatles' musical comedy film 'A Hard Day's Night' was released. Starring The Beatles during the height of Beatlemania the movie captures the band as they navigate 36 hours of misadventure, with a soundtrack of their famous songs.
On July 10th 1964 the Northern premiere of the movie was held in Liverpool’s Odeon Cinema, 4 days after the film's London premiere.
In celebration of the 60th anniversary of 'A Hard Day's Night', we have joined with Liverpool Beatles partners The Beatles Story, The Cavern and Hard Days Night Hotel to present a one-night-only charity screening of 'A Hard Day’s Night' film at the Odeon Cinema in Liverpool One from 7pm on Wednesday 10th July 2024.
Strawberry Field has been chosen as the charity for this special screening and we are very grateful for this support which will help fund the incredible work that we do through our Steps at Strawberry Field programmes to support young people with learning difficulties and barriers to employment into paid work, and will help us continue to provide a place of sanctuary for visitors to Strawberry Field.
All tickets are priced at £20 per person which includes a welcome drink and popcorn on arrival.
Limited tickets are available for this one-off event so book early to avoid disappointment. Book now on The Beatles Story website > tickets to A Hard Day's Night charity screening
