International Beatle Week 2022


International Beatle Week events at Strawberry Field

Next week is International Beatleweek and alongside the official Cavern Club Liverpool programme, we have a series of lunchtime live music and other activities planned at Strawberry Field to celebrate. If you are in Liverpool during Beatle Week and looking for things to do, come down to Strawberry Field!

 

Tuesday 23rd - The Beatles Boy, Logan Paul Murphy, performs a piano set in the café from midday.

Tuesday 23rd - Charles Roberts will be signing his book from 10.30am

Wednesday 24th - Local pianist Emma Weeks performs in the cafe at lunchtime.

Thursday 25th - Singing Our Socks Off choir will perform songs inspired by The Beatles in the garden from 12.30pm

Thursday 25th - Get Back to Play children’s activities take on a Beatle’s theme. See here for information.

Friday 26th - Lockdown Ukulele band playing from 12.15pm

Saturday 27th - John Lennon tribute Jimmy Coburn is playing from 12.30pm

Saturday 27th - See talented Beatle’s artist Shannon MacDonald paint in person

Saturday 27th - Dino Vescera will be selling records from a stall.

Sunday 28th - Local band There’s Moo will perform a variety of covers from 12.30pm

Sunday 28th - Pop by the Strawberry Field stand at the Annual International Beatleweek Convention, Adelphi hotel. Tickets available here.

Monday 29th - Tom Corfield, Bright Town’s front man performs from midday

Strawberry Field’s interactive visitor exhibition is also open every day from 10am – 6pm. Book your tour to learn about the history and heritage of  Strawberry Field and how John Lennon came to write the famous song. Book here.

 

Lennon Wired art exhibition by renowned pop artist James Wilkinson. View and buy original artworks created using the microphone leads Lennon used to record ‘Imagine’. Free entry 10am-6pm daily.
