Get Back to Play: Going Green – a Garden Adventure

30th July 2024, 10:30 to 12:30

Join us for a summer of family crafts and play at Strawberry Field. Every Tuesday we will open the garden for children and their parents to come and play at Strawberry Field. Order lunch from the Imagine More café to enjoy a 20% discount for Get Back to Play attendees while you relax on our terrace.

This week's theme is Going Green - a Garden Adventure.

Make the most of Strawberry Field’s outdoor space and be an eco-explorer. Use our Garden Bird Checklist to look for all your favourites and take part in our Eye Spy Scavenger Hunt – or pick up one of our Mini Beast Colouring Sheets.

There will be materials for children and their guardians to delve into arts and crafts. Why not try and make a bird feeder for our feathered friends?

No need to book, just come along with your little ones and get involved!

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • All sessions are free but donations are welcome

“The plan to open Strawberry Field to the public for the first time - so people can see a unique exhibition about the home, how and why the song was written by John, and allow visitors to explore the grounds as John did as a child - is very exciting.”
