The ‘Imagine More’ Café is a place to socialise and enjoy a selection of delicious dishes, with ingredients sourced from local producers. Serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, Sunday Lunch and hot drinks, the café provides a welcoming space for visitors to relax and reflect whilst they enjoy the view into our gardens, where John Lennon used to play.

The café also provides a space where our Steps to Work programme trainees may complete a work placement if they wish to do so. We hope that by offering this opportunity, we can help them to develop their practical experience in catering, hospitality and customer service. As a result it will help prepare trainees for meaningful future employment, equipping them with skills, knowledge and qualifications for success. All proceeds from our café, shop and exhibition also go directly to fund the Steps to Work programme.

Strawberry Field will also be supporting other local community-led charities and social issues in the local area. Read more here

“The plan to open Strawberry Field to the public for the first time - so people can see a unique exhibition about the home, how and why the song was written by John, and allow visitors to explore the grounds as John did as a child - is very exciting.”
